Acceptance and Scope

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://wildmediaco.ca and its content (the “Site”), operated under the name Wild Media Co.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

The Site provides information about our social media, content creation and marketing services and examples of our work. It does not itself establish a client relationship.

Client engagements, fees, deliverables, usage rights and cancellation terms are governed by separate written proposals and service agreements.

Permitted Use

You may browse the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce its content in bulk, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

We may update, suspend or remove Site content at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but service descriptions, availability and examples may change.

Intellectual Property and Portfolio

Unless otherwise indicated, text, original photography, video, designs, graphics, branding and other original material on the Site belong to Wild Media Co or are displayed with permission.

Client logos, third-party trademarks and client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Viewing the Site does not grant you a licence to copy, download, republish, sell, adapt or commercially use any material.

You may share a direct link to a page, but you must not imply our endorsement or partnership without permission.

Portfolio examples illustrate previous work and do not guarantee identical results.

Any rights to deliverables created for a client are determined by that client’s separate agreement with us.

Inquiries and Submitted Material

You are responsible for ensuring that information you send through our Site is accurate and lawful and that you have the right to share it.

Sending an inquiry does not create an obligation for us to accept a project.

We do not claim ownership of materials you submit in an inquiry. You grant us permission to review and use them only as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or provide services you request, subject to any separate written agreement.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information until appropriate arrangements are in place.

Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

The Site is hosted by Squarespace. Although we take reasonable precautions, internet services are not completely secure or uninterrupted.

No Guarantees and External Links

Information and examples on the Site are provided for general informational purposes.

We do not guarantee any particular audience growth, engagement, sales, revenue or other marketing result.

Links to third-party websites or social media platforms are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Media Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This section concerns the public Site and does not override any separate signed client services agreement.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute relating solely to these Terms is subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, subject to mandatory legal protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above identifies the latest revision.

Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
