Client Needs

Union Station is THE destination for all to enjoy the best of Toronto’s food and culture. This market offers 47-days of free outdoor experiences featuring dynamic music, live performances, curated food vendors and beat-the-heat beverages and desserts, all to celebrate summer in the city. The goal is to garner high levels of brand awareness to convert to attendance.

Project Success

Throughout the Union Summer 2025 campaign, we gained the client 8,881 new Instagram followers, with the account garnering 4,202,399 views. Between organic social and paid ads, we drove 10,967 clicks to the programming schedule. We maintained strong growth rates across platforms, including ~4% on TikTok and ~5% on Instagram. Strategic Content we created deeply resonated, only growing in attention over time, converting non followers to followers, with some posts converting hundreds of followers each.
