Toronto Outdoor Art Fair is a dynamic arts organization, the largest Fair of its kind in North America.

Project Success

Both during the lead up to and happenings of the online and in-person Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, the socials were such a hit that we were getting messages to the accounts telling us how much they loved the coverage and social presence!

Heather has live covered the last four 3 day in-person Fairs (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)on Instagram stories and reels, consistently creating a ‘like you’re here’ experience, letting people know about day-to-day programming, connecting with artists + attendees, and garnering attention and reach that earned more in person visitors.

On-site video creation in the form of reels organically reached ~100,000 people throughout the three day in person Fair. In the past year they have grown their audience by more than 40% on Instagram alone. With combined efforts across socials and Google, they garnered over 13,000 website views over the month of Fair lead up and happenings.
